After an angry rant ticket sent to PWI and a threat of account ban, I finally got it "unbound". The first time I ever purchased Zen from Steam I had to wait two week before I could even use it. Couldn't make a new thread? Had to necro a 2+ year old one? Regardless. So what is my options as of now? am i now lost out of $ spent threw steam wallet on my account lock keys that i bought threw steam wallet? keep me posted please ty for you're time. (the keys are bounded to my account) aka i cant sell and or trade them within STO. ive bought zen (aka steam wallet), to buy master keys threw STO.
